Lecturer & Programme Lead in A-Level (Social Sciences/Business)
Full time - Permanent
Salary - £40 - £42k

Key resposnbilities:
* Plan teaching, learning, and assessment for college programmes using the appropriate college format to ensure effective learning.
* Deliver teaching and learning to an outstanding standard to ensure learners achieve high success rates.
* Undertake 4-week and 15-week reviews with new team members.
* Work with MIS to continually monitor, amend, and maintain correct information on Pro-solution. Ensure that learner assessments are evenly distributed across the academic year and that staff within your department are regularly and accurately marking learner work and providing feedback.
* Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults you are responsible for or come into contact with.
Requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification
* Teaching experience in Social Science or Business
* A degree or equivalent/professional qualification in a relevant discipline
