We’re recruiting an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading learning, covering classes, and supporting pupils in a positive, well-managed environment.

The Role – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide class cover when required. You’ll play an active role in supporting learning across the school, managing behaviour effectively, and ensuring a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or have substantial experience as a senior Teaching Assistant
Have experience confidently covering classes across Key Stages
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be able to engage and inspire students through creative and adaptable teaching support
Work collaboratively with staff to maintain consistency and high expectations
Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) Benefits of working with our Partner and ANZUK Education
