We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the frontline of project delivery, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting-edge technologies, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a future-proof industry. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication Essential: A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, a Mechanical-related disciplineWillingness to travel to sites across the East Anglian RegionExcellent problem-solving, teamwork and communication skillsInterest in Site-based engineering and infrastructureDesirable: Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) Caring and investing in youOur values have been embedded at Barhale for over 40 years, and they are our guiding principles regarding how we care and invest in people.
