The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop our new paid‑for tours & experiences programme, bringing in vital income and offering visitors deeper insight into our collections, galleries and natural history.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate existing tours and develop new experiences for a range of audiences, enhancing the Museum’s public programme.
* Maintain a programme that includes daytime and out‑of‑hours experiences for both public and private bookings.
* Line‑manage the Visitor Events & Tours Administrator and Tour Guides, including recruitment, training and coordination.
About You
* Solid experience within the cultural sector and/or coordination of tours and experiences.
* Strong understanding of commercial opportunities and public engagement.
* Excellent organisational skills and a flair for curating unique experiences, building strong partnerships.

Hybrid working
We operate a hybrid working model that requires regular, weekly attendance on site. The pattern of days on site and worked from home will be agreed with your manager.
