Transformation Director
What you'll work on:
* Lead the development and execution of transformation strategies across the organization
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation
* Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new processes
* Analyze current operational processes and recommend enhancements
* Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Monitor and report on transformation project progress and outcomes
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
You’ll be a strong match if you have:
* Strong expertise in leading transformation programs (digital, operational, cultural, or organizational change)
* Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year transformation initiatives
* Proficiency in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
* Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions
* Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing capabilities
* Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique) or senior transformation roles in high-growth companies
