The Role
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Head of Global eCommerce to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract, based in our London office. Reporting to our Global Marketing Director, this position will develop and implement the vision and strategy for NEOM Wellbeing's global D2C eCommerce sites. You will lead the delivery of take-to-market trading plans for neomwellbeing.com across the UK, US, and ROW markets.
You will take full ownership of the D2C trading P&Ls, oversee annual trading plans, and optimize on-site customer journeys to drive long-term, profitable growth. You will manage a talented eCommerce team working across all D2C markets and communicate the global D2C strategy to senior stakeholders, influencing brand direction. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential to drive our eCommerce initiatives' success.

What You Will Do
* Develop a 12-month ecommerce trading strategy and trade calendar with KPIs for global markets (UK, US, ROW).
* Deliver product launches, core product re-pulses, campaigns, and promotional plans aligned with the marketing calendar.
* Own site metrics (Sales, AOV, CVR, Gross Margin) to monitor performance and market trends.
* Enhance site engagement and conversion through merchandising, user journeys, and storytelling.
* Collaborate with Brand & Social, Creative, CRM, and Paid Media teams to establish NEOM as the go-to Wellbeing brand.
* Manage a team and external agencies, setting objectives, KPIs, and review protocols.
* Implement and optimize site test plans with cross-functional teams.
* Work with Web Development to improve site performance and customer experience.
* Oversee site merchandising and provide feedback for asset optimization.
* Manage trading budgets and set performance targets.
* Lead reporting efforts, integrating data insights into planning.
* Lead meetings with stakeholders and agencies to review KPIs and performance insights.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing D2C trading for a growing ecommerce consumer brand.
* Senior management experience in global ecommerce and D2C, including team and agency management.
* Experience in stock management/merchandising is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
* Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics.
* Commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
* Passion for the brand and wellbeing.
