Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team.

This role involves providing PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover across Years 1 to 6, delivering high-quality teaching across various subjects and age groups under teacher direction. There are also opportunities to lead and inspire in your area of specialism, such as Physical Education or Art.

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school community? We are hiring two committed HLTA’s to contribute to our pupils' success.

As a part-time HLTA, you will:

* Be a qualified HLTA or an experienced TA working towards HLTA status
* Confidently lead small groups and cover classes in the absence of teachers
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach
* Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
