Working within our marketing team, the SEO Specialist will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search visibility and increasing traffic.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to monitor and enhance SEO performance.
2. Conducting competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and promote sustainable traffic growth.
3. Translating complex SEO data into actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
4. Proactively resolving site performance issues, indexation errors, and crawl inefficiencies using tools like Siteimprove.
5. Collaborating with developers to implement best practices for site speed, structured data, and mobile usability.
6. Developing a long-term SEO content strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
7. Regularly auditing backlinks to identify and address broken or harmful links.
8. Analyzing competitor backlink profiles to uncover new opportunities.
9. Ensuring mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds across devices.
10. Optimizing existing content based on keyword insights and internal linking strategies.
Candidate requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience managing SEO across multiple B2C and B2B websites.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement SEO strategies based on data analysis.
3. Experience conducting regular audits to identify challenges and opportunities.
4. Success working with brand teams to deliver impactful SEO initiatives.
5. Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
6. Dynamic, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
7. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to making a difference.
8. Highly analytical, with experience tracking performance, testing, and optimizing results.
9. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and present outcomes effectively.
