* Be competent in COSHH & HACCP procedures
* Work closely with commis chefs, assisting in their training
* Contribute ideas for new menu items and daily specials from your section
About You:
* Have a progressive background with longevity in your previous roles
* Be ambitious with a desire to push your capabilities to the limit
* Be a confident CDP or a time-served commis chef looking to advance your career
* Confidently manage your section and eager to learn all sections of the kitchen
* Approachable, calm under pressure, and willing to support your kitchen team
