A day in the life of…
As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will oversee the reservation process from start to finish, ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience. Your responsibilities include managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and hotel departments, and maintaining accurate reservation records. You will also manage room inventory and rates, supervise reservation staff, and ensure all reservations are properly documented.
What do we need from you?
* Extensive experience in developing and executing successful strategies
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, and guests, presenting complex information clearly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions, utilizing data for decision-making
* Attention to detail to review reservations for accuracy, resolve issues, and analyze complex data
* Industry experience to understand hotel challenges and opportunities, with knowledge of regulations and compliance
