Hours:
Mon–Thu 10:00–18:30, Fri 10:00–15:00 (flexible). Two Saturday mornings per month with time off in lieu.
The Role
I am working with a fantastic Food Manufacturing business who are looking for a detail-focused, proactive individual to support the Finance Director and Warehouse Manager in managing stock processes and ensuring accurate inventory control. You'll help drive process improvements, oversee ERP transition, and provide critical reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support stock control processes and act as gatekeeper between warehouse and production.
* Lead structured inventory counts, ensuring accurate ERP records.
* Investigate discrepancies and report variances daily/weekly.
* Oversee ERP migration and establish improved controls.
* Produce weekly inventory and warehouse dashboards.
* Assist with documentation, audits, and "On Time, In Full" (OTIF) KPI reporting.
* Provide ad hoc support to Directors as required.
Skills & Experience
* Stock control or audit/process experience preferred (training provided).
* Analytical, methodical, and solution-driven.
* Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and lead change.
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (SAGE/Exchequer experience helpful but not essential).
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
