This newly created role has arisen t due to the impressive growth this B2B business is experiencing. Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - from building strong candidate pipelines and headhunting top talent, to delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be at the heart of shaping how the business attracts, engages and hires exceptional people by:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing, sourcing, and interviewing to salary negotiation and onboarding
* Supporting hiring managers to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment and selection process
* Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent pooling
* Collaborate with employer branding to design campaigns that attract top talent.
* Manage relationships with hiring managers, internal teams, and preferred suppliers to support fast, effective hiring.
* Leverage market intelligence, recruitment trends, and new tools (including AI) to offer fresh thinking and improve delivery.
* Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Prepare potential candidates for interviews and act as their point of contact
* Process employment-related documentation including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials
* Conduct competitor analysis and report market trends.
* Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and maintain an effective preferred supplier list (PSL).
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal role
* Experience within a manufacturing / FMCG industry or similar industry
* Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
* Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and source candidates
