Description
As a Reporting Data Analyst, you will ensure the delivery of effective performance reports and KPI dashboards. You will manage data flow processes, including designing database architecture and ETL processes. Currently, we use SSRS, but as a Reporting Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop high-quality analytics using new BI solutions such as Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into specifications for new solutions.
* Convert legacy reports into automated MI solutions.
* Design and implement best practices, guidelines, and standards for technology development.
* Collaborate with DBAs to analyze and improve performance of solutions.
* Develop and document MI solutions like reports, dashboards, KPIs, including data visualizations and DataMarts.
* Analyze large datasets to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
* Proactively use data analytics to promote a data-driven approach within the business.
* Work with the Performance team to identify risks and areas needing performance improvement.
* Diagnose and resolve issues with reports and dashboards.
* Prioritize improvements by analyzing KPIs, performance frameworks, and benchmarking exercises.
* Maintain high data quality and integrity within databases and BI reporting systems.
* Identify customer reporting needs, set realistic timelines, and communicate updates.
* Build robust ETL pipelines for large datasets, extracting insights and translating them into clear business conclusions.
