We are now looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us and take full ownership of their own desk. This role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys winning new business, managing client relationships, and consistently delivering results.
You’ll have the freedom to grow your desk within your chosen market, supported by a business that values quality, trust and repeat partnerships.
Skills:
Proven 360 recruitment experience
Strong business development and client-winning ability
Experience managing and growing a recruitment desk
Ability to source, screen and place candidates effectively
Excellent client and candidate relationship management
Commercial awareness and billing focus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to identify repeat and additional opportunities within existing clients xkybehq
Time management and organisation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant (360) – essential
Background in Industrial, Commercial, Engineering or Skilled recruitment
Experience recruiting into temporary, permanent or temp-to-perm roles
Full UK driving license
Access to own vehicle
