Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to support and deliver the People & Culture (P&C) agenda for the Digital Solutions business unit within RES. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture for EMEA, you will work closely with business leaders and the broader P&C team to implement people initiatives that enable business success and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
As a Senior P&C Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders within the Digital Solutions unit, supporting them across a range of people-related matters including talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. You will also collaborate with global and regional P&C colleagues to ensure alignment with broader group strategies and processes.
The Digital Solutions business unit operates at the intersection of renewable energy and technology, delivering advanced digital tools and services that enhance the performance, safety, and efficiency of clean energy assets. It serves as the innovation engine of RES, helping to unlock long-term value for clients and accelerate the global energy transition.
Key Accountabilities
* Partner with Digital Solutions leadership to understand business goals and deliver aligned P&C solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
* Support the implementation of global and regional P&C programs, including talent reviews, engagement initiatives, and learning & development.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring strategies and a positive candidate experience.
* Contribute to the development and execution of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the business unit.
* Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Offer compensation and benefits advice and analysis, working in conjunction with Group reward professionals
* Support organizational change initiatives, including team restructures and capability development.
* Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting RES values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
This role requires someone who can balance both strategic insight and hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders to support the delivery of the Digital Solutions unit's goals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality People & Culture partnering and coaching, helping managers engage and develop their teams, drive workforce planning, identify and nurture talent, and strengthen people capabilities across the business.
You will bring:
* A passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in a People & Culture or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a matrixed environment.
* Experience working across multiple countries or regions is required.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support leaders at various levels.
* Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving improvements and value.
* A practical understanding of core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* Comfort with data and analytics to identify and solve problems, support decision-making and measure impact.
* Demonstrated project and program management capabilities
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work within a global HR team
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
* Degree level HR or equivalent is preferred
