Location: Seraphine Hammersmith & The Kensington Hideaway (Opening Q4 2025) Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Department: Revenue & Reservations Management Start Date: ASAP (Pre-opening involvement for Kensington Hideaway) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead and manage both the revenue and reservations functions for two unique & exciting boutique properties in West London: The brand-new Kensington Hideaway Hotel a 59-room design-led boutique hotel, due to open on Kensington High Street in Q4 2025. The established and thriving 41-bedroom Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel known for its strong market presence. This dual role requires a dynamic individual with proven experience in hotel revenue management, reservations operations and distribution strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of both Reservations performance and long-term revenue strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing room revenue, driving conversion, leading the daily reservations function and supporting the commercial success of both hotels. Key Responsibilities Revenue Management Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and distribution strategies for both properties to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability. Lead the creation and delivery of accurate revenue forecasts, budget planning, and monthly revenue reports. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor performance, and booking pace to identify opportunities and risks. Manage and optimize all distribution channels, including OTA partners, brand websites, and GDS, ensuring rate parity and alignment with commercial strategy. Oversee the channel manager, PMS, and booking engine to ensure effective system configuration and seamless connectivity. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional and campaign activity aligned with revenue goals. Reservations Management Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate handling of all guest enquiries and bookings, ensuring a seamless and guest-focused booking experience. Maintain and update room inventory, rate plans, group blocks and booking conditions across all systems. Provide regular training and performance management for team members to maintain excellence in guest service and sales. Establish and implement SOPs for reservations processes across both hotels. Upsell and convert enquiries to maximise revenue per booking. Pre-Opening Focus (Kensington Hideaway): Contribute to pre-opening activity, rate structure setup, OTA onboarding, channel manager and PMS configuration and testing. Develop standard operating procedures for pre-opening reservations handling and revenue monitoring. Build early visibility through tactical offers and soft-launch strategies. About You Previous experience in hotel revenue management and/or central reservations, ideally across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Cloudbeds, RMS) channel managers, and booking engines. Proven track record in OTA management, rate strategy development, and market share analysis (e.g., STR reports or similar). Data-driven, commercially savvy, and confident in reporting and pricing decisions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make informed decision Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on guest service. Experience with hotel pre-openings is highly desirable, but not essential.
