This will include:Delivering Acturis training to users at different experience levels (classroom & virtual)Supporting system rollouts, upgrades and enhancementsCreating and updating training materials, guides and eLearning contentAssessing training needs and tailoring sessions accordinglySupporting users post-training and feeding back improvementsWorking closely with stakeholders across the businessWho We’re Looking ForWe’re open to two types of background:Experienced Software / Acturis TrainersORActuris Users from the Business (brokers, ops, admin, system SMEs) who are confident with the platform and would love to move into trainingYou’ll ideally have:Strong hands-on Acturis experienceGreat communication skillsConfidence presenting to individuals and groupsStrong organisation and attention to detailA genuine interest in learning & developmentPrevious training experience is a bonus – but not essential if you have the right attitude and system knowledge
