We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual, to provide administration support within the Mental Health Act administration team.
The post holder will possess excellent communication skills, to handle communications both by telephone and email and have excellent attention to detail, to enable them to accurately record data on a range of patient and office systems. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate initiative in planning and prioritising their work load.
The role will involve undertaking a range of administrative processes, associated in relation to the Mental Health Act and therefore the post holder must be aware of the confidential nature of this role.
This is a demanding and interesting role and full training will be provided on relevant areas of the Mental Health Act.
