The Role
Reporting to the Account Manager, As Head of Operations – FM, you'll lead the operational delivery of hard services facilities management across NESO's estate. This includes, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead FM operations across NESO sites, ensuring consistent service excellence
2. Manage compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety, and industry standards
3. Drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across all service lines
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across NESO and Mitie
5. Lead and develop a high-performing FM team, fostering continuous improvement
6. Oversee contract performance, asset management, and lifecycle planning
What You'll Bring
7. Proven leadership experience in operations, ideally within critical or infrastructure sectors
8. Strong technical knowledge of hard FM services
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
10. Relevant qualifications in FM, engineering, or business management
