What you will contribute: Quality Monitoring and Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards to the FSQ Manager. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality checks, inspections, and test results. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality assurance documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory compliance documents. Assist in the execution of quality control tests, including microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of products. Record and analyse test data, providing reports on findings and recommendations for corrective actions. Compliance and Audits: Assisting with coordinating complaints and investigations and closing non-conformances. Identifying and reporting any non-conformances throughout the factory and implementing corrective actions. Support ongoing compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors. Ensure testing equipment (scales/probes etc) is in full working order, through internal and external calibration, raising any issues to the FSQ Manager. Knowledge and experience in BRC and other food safety audits including food service and sandwich manufacturers. Complaints handling experience. Shift Pattern 8 Hour shifts (6.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 alternating)
