Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: East Midlands, UK
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
My client are a specialised construction contractor leading the way in fields including highways maintenance. They're on the hunt for a Contracts Manager to join the team following a period of huge growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
·Manage contracts
·Monitor the budgets of projects
·Engage effectively with stakeholders
·Regularly run project reports
·Ensure HSEQ principles are met
Requirements for the Contracts Manager:
·A background in construction and civil engineering is essential
·A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
·Demonstrable experience in concrete/highways/aviation fields desirable
·Has worked at Contract Management level
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Self-motivated
·Full UK driving license
·Willingness to travel to site when required
Package for the Contracts Manager:
