Responsibilities
* Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
* Ensure the health and appearance of landscapes by applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
* 1 year of lawn maintenance experience (preferred).
* Valid Driver's License (required).
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job site.
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Compensation
$16.00 - $22.50 per hour
