Your Role
As a Retail Shift Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards every single day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Motivating and supporting your team while learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks effectively.
* Creating an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Delivering the best customer experience every time someone visits your store.
