Responsibilities:
1. Working in conjunction with the wider HR team
2. Develop and establish effective ER policies, procedures and guidance.
3. Deliver group wide ER operational excellence through coaching, guiding and supporting line managers and HR teams with all ER related activities.
4. Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all day-to-day activities.
5. Inspire HR and wider teams to create an environment which drives colleague engagement and minimises ER cases.
6. Define and Interpret MI to establish effective reporting, tracking and logging of all ER cases.
7. Continuously works with employment lawyers and specialists to mitigate all financial and business risks.
