An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ college in Berkshire is looking to expand its Plumbing department and is seeking a passionate Plumbing Lecturer to join their team. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher to apply — if you have the right skills and experience, they’ll give you all the support you need to transition into teaching.
The Role
You’ll be teaching and mentoring plumbing students across a range of levels, helping them to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The college fosters a supportive environment, and you’ll be provided with a 3-day teacher induction programme before stepping into the classroom, ensuring you feel confident and prepared from day one.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally a Qualified Plumbing Lecturer with a teaching qualification and experience teaching in FE or training environments.
We would also be open to:
A qualified Plumber with Level 3 Plumbing qualification
Experience mentoring or training apprentices in the workplace
A passion for helping others learn and develop
Happy to undergo an Enchanced DBS check including the Child Barred list
