Role Overview
Position: Lawyer – Contract, Remote
Commitment: ***** hours per week
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Mission: Support new Argentina dataset projects by compiling legal and financial documents for AI system testing and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
* Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
* Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
* Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
* Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.
Requirements / Qualifications
* 2-3 years of active practicing experience in your domain in your geography.
* Prior experience in litigation or in corporate/transactional work.
* Familiarity with Argentinian legal and regulatory document sources.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines.
Engagement Details
* Part-time, project-based work.
* Duration: 2–3 weeks.
* Expected engagement: ***** hours per week.
* 100% remote and asynchronous—work from anywhere, on your own schedule.
* Contractor role via Mercor.
