Now, we’re scaling our creative impact. As part of our brand-building evolution, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help visually bring our brands to life — with a particular focus on our flagship baby & kids brand, Ella’s Kitchen .
The Role: Graphic Designer As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the visual storyteller behind some of our most important creative work. From social media assets and shopper marketing campaigns to internal communications and product visuals, you’ll create standout designs that reflect our brand values and connect with consumers at every touchpoint.
You'll spend about 80% of your time working on Ella’s Kitchen, while also supporting our wider portfolio with ad hoc projects. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team — delivering creative that inspires, engages, and delivers real brand love.
What You Will Need for the Role Creative Expertise
A degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus PowerPoint, Word & Adobe Acrobat
Strong experience in both print and digital design, from concept to final execution
Detail Meets Vision
A great eye for detail with the ability to create assets that are both visually striking and brand consistent
Familiarity working within brand guidelines while adding creative flair
Organised & Proactive
Strong time management and organisational skills — able to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines
Able to work independently, manage your own workflow, and meet project requirements confidently
Team Player with a Creative Mindset
A positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and collaborative spirit
Comfortable working with internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies
Curious & Ever-Evolving
Up to date with design trends, software tools, and best practices
Eager to grow, experiment, and bring new thinking to the table
Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Execution
Design and deliver high-quality creative assets that align with brand tone and identity
Work across print and digital — including social content, POS, leaflets, adverts, and product concept visuals
Lead projects from ideation to execution, managing creative briefs and delivering to deadlines
Ella’s Kitchen Focus (Approx. 80%)
Create standout assets for the marketing team including:
Social media content, online banners, POS, recipe cards, print media
Internal materials (e.g. posters, PowerPoint templates, branded stationery)
New campaign logos, creative toolkits, and concept visuals for innovation and launches
Hain International Design Support (Approx. 20%)
Support broader brand portfolio with ad hoc design projects allocated by our Studio Manager
Contribute to shared design resources and maintain brand consistency across regions
Brand & Project Management
Help manage and evolve brand guidelines and campaign creative
Maintain and organise asset libraries (Ella’s Toybox and Hain’s shared drives)
Contribute to creative brainstorms, annual campaign planning, and toolkit development
Collaboration & Brand Guardianship
Work closely with Brand, Shopper Marketing, and internal comms teams to ensure brand alignment
Act as a brand ambassador — maintaining consistency and inspiring others to bring our brands to life
Liaise with external creative partners to support best-in-class execution
Continuous Learning & Creative Growth
Keep on top of evolving design tools, channels, and creative trends
Actively contribute ideas that drive innovation and efficiency in our creative process
