About the Role:
You’ll work under the guidance of our Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food to our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a designated section during service
* Preparing fresh, seasonal ingredients to a high standard
* Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
* Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de partie ready to step up
* Confidence managing a section in a busy kitchen
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Food hygiene certification
