Start Date: January 2026 Finish Date: July 2026 (Potential Permanant option afterwards) Location: Basildon, Essex The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across Lower KS3 Secondary with a range of age groups and learning abilities. Work closely with pupils presenting ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, additional learning needs and behavioural challenges. Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage engagement in learning. Assist with behaviour management strategies and create a safe, structured environment. Support teachers in delivering lessons and provide one-to-one or small group interventions. About You Essential: Prior experience working within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit), Alternative Provision, or similar setting. Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural difficulties.
