Key Responsibilities – Employment Solicitor
Strong legal knowledge with excellent drafting and advisory skills
Experience in advocacy, including court, chambers, or tribunal settings
Confident presenting to audiences
Commercial, practical, and financial awareness
Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and business development skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Ambitious and motivated to progress professionally
Team player, able to contribute to a busy and friendly environment
Skilled negotiator
Highly organised, with the ability to manage a caseload independently (with supervision where appropriate)
