We are currently seeking a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join our client, a prominent accident repair group based in Canterbury, Kent. Inspect damaged vehicles to assess extent of repairs needed
Prepare, prime, and spray vehicles to specified standards and within agreed timelines
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, adhering strictly to company and health & safety procedures
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and accurate administration of work tasks
Collaborate effectively within a small, focused team and independently when required
Prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining safety and quality standardsRequirements:
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or ATA qualification in Paint Spraying is essential
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the vehicle accident repair sector
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and state-of-the-art equipment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Full UK/EU Driving Licence
Proactive, team-focused attitude with a pride in delivering excellent customer service
Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workshop organisation
