The Opportunity
The role involves direct interaction with our customers and, above all, ensuring all customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities Include
* Convert warm digital enquiries into successful vehicle lease deals, no cold calling required.
* Quickly establish rapport with customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Understand each customer’s unique needs, match them to our best leasing options and guide them through the journey from enquiry to delivery.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest offers, vehicle specs, and funding solutions to confidently recommend the right package every time.
* Manage customer orders through to completion, working closely with our in‑house admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth handovers.
* Build long‑lasting relationships, creating repeat and referral opportunities through top‑tier service.
What We’re Looking For
* A sales‑driven mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and deliver results.
* Excellent communicator who thrives on delivering brilliant customer experiences.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals in a dynamic, digital environment.
* Proactive, tech‑savvy and confident navigating online systems and CRM tools.
* Previous experience in leasing, automotive sales, or finance is a bonus but the right attitude is what really matters.
