We have 2 office locations, one based in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station, and our other side is in Ferndown industrial estate.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Heating & Cooling Installation Manager to join the team and be a pivotal part of our ongoing success.
Heating & Cooling Installation Manager Responsibilities
* Manage all heating and cooling installations including air conditioning, boilers and heat pumps;
* Oversee Operation Executives to execute the smooth installations and remedial works, and customers are well communicated with and kept up to date;
* Support the handling of customer complaints, and manage escalated cases where appropriate;
* Liaise with the other Installation Manager's and improvement work that enhances installation execution, and improves customer service levels;
* Responsible for margin management of installations.
Heating & Cooling Installation Manager Experience
* 3 years experience in gas, heating or cooling management;
* ACS qualification is desirable.
