Position
Senior Support Worker – full time (30–35 hours per week) in the East service (Duns).

Qualifications
Ideal candidate will hold a Level III qualification in Social Care or equivalent, have a minimum of two years of experience working in Social Care, and possess experience of supervising staff and coordinating support provision.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the assessment of support and care needs and develop, implement and review support plans for clients.
* Co‑operate with and assist the Deputy Service Manager and the Manager in developing, leading and managing the staff team.
* Supervise junior staff and contribute to the induction of new staff.
* Manage resources efficiently and ensure compliance with the law, national care standards and service policies and procedures.
Working hours & conditions
This position requires flexibility with a range of shifts, including weekends, sleepovers and night shifts. A valid driving licence is desirable though not essential.
