Executive Assistant / Office Manager – Tilbury, Essex
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

The Role
As Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Directors while ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate activity on behalf of the Directors across multiple sites
* Provide proactive inbox and email management
* Handle diary management, including internal/external meetings, appraisals, and client appointments
* Prepare meeting agendas, book facilities, and arrange travel and accommodation
* Take accurate minutes and follow up on actions
* Process expenses and maintain itineraries for the Directors
* Liaise with the executive team, senior management, and key stakeholders
* Support with company events and hospitality box management
Office Management Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations
* Manage facilities, liaising with suppliers and contractors as required
* Ensure insurance policies and compliance documentation are up to date
* Monitor and order office supplies
* Support HR and onboarding processes for new starters
Experience & Skills Required:
* 3–5 years’ experience in an EA, PA, or Office Manager role
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
