Role Overview
A child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people. Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring. You will work with Schools and Local Authorities in your area as a Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutor / Teacher to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
Responsibilities
* CPD and employee mentoring via the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
* Working within a SEND Support Team to keep a team around you and the child
* Community and Company Events: knowledge sharing and resources
* Referral Programme: receive rewards for successful tutor referrals
* Plan and report lessons, and provide regular feedback on student progress
* Plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring across core subjects
* Maintain a safe learning environment and apply safeguarding best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
* 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD
* Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
* Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK (remote/online roles also possible)

* Inclusion Coordinator
Location & Salary
Carnforth, Lancashire – £28–£35 per hour, contract basis.
