The IT Department is responsible for delivering Information Technology to the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust. In addition, IT is responsible for delivering revenue generating IT services to other NHS organisations and private enterprises involved in the delivery of Healthcare. IT has a total user count of approximately 10,000. IT Services are delivered from multiple datacentres.
The Programme Support Officer will be required to take responsibility for the coordination and management of project activities e.g. communicating, supporting, facilitating and monitoring progress of activity/projects.
The post holder works as a member of the Digital Trust team providing project and work package delivery. The programme support administrator's prime responsibility is to provide project-specific and general organisational support.
