Overview: The ECO Submissions Manager plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Energy Company Obligation scheme. This position involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation related to ECO-funded projects. The Manager liaises with internal teams, external funders, and utility companies to ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards and deadlines. They will be responsible for providing the directors with daily / weekly reports on job progression and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compile and verify all necessary documentation for ECO submissions.
* Ensure compliance with Ofgem guidelines and ECO scheme requirements.
* Resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies in submissions.
* Maintain accurate records and track submission progress.
* Collaborate with funding agents and stakeholders to address queries and meet targets.
* Monitor changes in ECO regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
* Manage the current submissions dept, reporting in to the directors & operations manager
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in data management and administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with ECO schemes and Ofgem compliance standards (essential).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Experience
* 2+ Years experience in the ECO submissions required
