Be Brave. Be You. Be NEXT.
Let’s talk quality… When it comes to UK retail, it’s hard to find a company with a bigger focus on quality. We sell thousands of items an hour and our repeat customer base comes back to us time and time again for our renowned quality products. For anyone in the Technology field - this is the place to learn. To grow. And to thrive.
Our Garment Technologists work hard to ensure the fit and construction of our womenswear is always innovative and on-trend. In our fast-paced Jersey team, we react to catwalk trends in real-time, meaning you’ll see the results of your hard work hit the rails quickly. We are pushing the boundaries of digital design, and we want you to be part of that journey.
About the Role
Step into a dynamic position where you’ll be at the heart of the product journey. You will manage a busy workload, providing vital technical support to our Product Teams and suppliers to ensure every garment meets our standards. From conducting live fits on models to sending detailed technical comments to suppliers, you’ll ensure our deadlines are hit without ever compromising on quality.
This role is perfect for those who love the fashion pace but want the high-end technical backing. You’ll be involved in:
* 3D Fit & Innovation: Utilising 3D fit technology and your pattern-cutting background to streamline development.
* Global Insight: An exciting part of the role includes travel to Bangladesh, giving you a first-hand understanding of the entire manufacturing process.
* Trend Reaction: Working on short lead times to bring the latest catwalk inspirations to life in our jersey departments.
* Quality Control: Monitoring the garment lifecycle from initial sample to the final product delivered to our customers.
About you
We are looking for passion, curiosity, and enthusiasm - we can teach you the rest! If you’re looking for your next challenge and have a passion for Garment Technology, we want to hear from you.
* Educational Background: A degree in Textiles or Apparel is essential.
* Technical Skills: A strong background in pattern cutting or 3D fitting is highly desirable. While this is a garment tech role, a solid understanding of fabrics (especially Jersey) will give you a distinct advantage.
* Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, quick-response environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage supplier relationships with confidence.
* Communication: You are an articulate communicator who can translate technical requirements into clear instructions for our global supply base.
