The Opportunity...
We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader for our Seven Dials store. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive.The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team with the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Team Leader role is inclusive of all team members, merchandise and customer service elements. The Team Leader is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level.
