Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist within our Douglas Park BMW Aftersales Centre in Pinkston Road, Glasgow. If you are self-motivated and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you the opportunity to join our dedicated team.
What you will do:
✔ Cover reception
✔ Meet and greet customers
To be successful you will...
✔ Have previous experience as a receptionist or similar role
✔ Be of smart appearance
✔ Have an excellent, confident and professional manner
✔ Understand the importance of exceptional customer service
✔ Be able to undertake basic administrative duties
✔ Be pleasant, helpful and courteous
✔ Have a polite and warm telephone manner
