Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for

Lead, manage, and support nursery staff, including recruitment, training, and performance
evaluations.
Create and implement policies and procedures in line with health, safety, and safeguarding
regulations.
Ensure high standards of care and early years education are provided, following the Early
Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Develop and design age-appropriate educational programmes and activities for children,
encouraging growth and development.
Monitor children's progress, addressing developmental needs and communicating
regularly with parents.
Manage the nursery’s budget, control expenses, and monitor income to meet financial
targets.
Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, payroll, and liaising with suppliers.
Build positive relationships with parents, responding to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
