Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Key Responsibilities
* Interview clients to assess their legal needs in wills, estate planning, and probate.
* Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives per legal requirements.
* Assist with estate management, including updates, tax advice, and inheritance planning.
* Coordinate execution and administration of documents with clients and beneficiaries.
* Stay informed on laws to provide accurate advice in private client matters.
* Resolve estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, or court representation.
* Protect client confidentiality and maintain ethical standards.
* Collaborate with legal and financial professionals for comprehensive services.
About You
* Qualified with a valid practicing certificate.
* Minimum 3 Years PQE within Private Client work.
