Job Title: Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Carlisle
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday
Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join our team in Carlisle for an immediate start.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve not only operating a forklift but also supporting the wider warehouse and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
* Assisting within the warehouse as required
* Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
* Managing delivery paperwork and orders
* Assisting with basic administration duties
* Supporting the transport team with any duties as needed
Requirements:
* Valid forklift licence (counterbalance/reach - specify if needed)
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
