We are working closely with a prestigious business that provides professional business services to a variety of clients across North Yorkshire, and they are looking for an experienced Payroller/Accounts Admin to join their busy team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join their team with the purpose of managing your own portfolio and reporting to the Head of Accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage a portfolio of clients' accounts
2. Processing client payrolls, including seasonal workers
3. Reconcile and enter pension contributions
4. Collate payroll reports including P60 & P45s
5. Ensure compliance with HMRC
6. Assist with invoicing and ledgers when required
Requirements/Experience:
7. Minimum of AAT L3, or equivalent in experience
8. Experience of Farm accounts preferred but not essential
9. Experience of accounts software
10. Good level of numeracy and analytical skills
