Type: Temporary, initially 6 months with possibility of extension
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12 noon Friday
Job Description
As a Compliance Trade Administrator, you will join the compliance team and be responsible for preparing all paperwork and documentation related to freight movements, verifying documents according to procedures, updating databases accurately, liaising with internal departments, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a busy administration role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational skills with attention to detail
