About the role
We are looking for confident, classroom-ready Cover Supervisors who can step into a variety of secondary school settings and maintain excellent behaviour management while delivering pre-set lesson plans. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
* Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student engagement and progress.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Experienced cover supervisor you will:
* Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
* A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* A passion for education and a flexible, proactive attitude.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
