Job Description
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coaching Sales and Area Leaders across the South West branch network to drive revenue growth through business development and operational excellence.
You will be accountable for delivering sales, managing margins, and optimising operational expenditure to achieve the company’s profit goals.
You will define the region’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal and external market drivers.
Reporting to our Sales Director, you will collaborate with the 7 other Regional Head of Sales to share best practice and leverage growth opportunities, working in partnership with our Support Functions and Supply Chain experts you will be able to make high impact within a role filled with opportunity.
