Graduate Sales Representative – Central London, £40k + Commission Role
Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to break into sales, build strong commercial skills, and learn from experienced leaders. You’ll receive structured training, hands‑on coaching, and the chance to make a real impact by driving the early stages of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings.
* Support targeted sales campaigns to increase brand awareness in priority markets.
* Carry out lead qualification, nurture prospective clients, and maintain accurate CRM data.
* Work closely with Account Executives to help open and develop target accounts.
* Communicate our value proposition clearly to a range of stakeholders—from HR teams to senior leadership.
* Conduct account research and assist with event‑driven sales activities.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent experience, with a strong motivation to build a career in sales.
* Previous sales, customer‑facing, or commercial experience (internships, part‑time work, or placements welcome).
* Confident communicator who is proactive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised, creative, and driven to exceed expectations.
* Experience using MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus (training provided).
