As an L and D Coordinator / Trainer with us, you'll design engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that support airlines around the world in protecting passenger travel. BASIC SALARY: Up to GBP 35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development and Projects, you will facilitate face-to-face training in the UK and internationally, requiring flexibility in travel.
Responsibilities
* Create new courses for our e-learning library to address educational gaps and client needs.
* Source best practices and functionalities of current software, exploring new market options.
* Stay updated with e-learning trends.
* Develop our training academy and current courses.
* Manage client seat groups, course allocations, and specific requests to ensure client satisfaction.
* Review and update existing course materials, suggest improvements, and support employee development through skill gap analysis.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Experience in e-learning roles, knowledge of software and design tools. Proactive decision-making is essential. Experience in designing and developing e-learning content, managing client groups, providing support, and understanding WCAG requirements is preferred.
